FWCC has cordial relations with the few YMs that are not affiliated, and they will often send representatives to FWCC gatherings. It was said in the FWCC section of the video that every Yearly Meeting is affiliated to FWCC. I had thought that there were other international Friends organisations which were not yet affiliated.
